First Real Animation!!!!!!!!!
This took an ungodly amount of time considering its simplicity. After Effects is the most finicky program ever!
Rotoscope Animation Plan
For my rotoscope project I am going to draw a five second spot featuring an eskimo with a "coke" habit (Coca-Cola). To do this I had my wonderful project partner film me as I drank a bunch of Coke in the most sketchy way possible. I am going to draw a bunch of Coca-Cola bottles underneath the eskimo to replace the steps and of course fill the background with plenty of snow drifts and ice blocks.

GIF Emotion Animation
To make this photo animation I photocopied my face using a scanner and imported it into photoshop. Then I animated the photo using the different pictures I took.
The original slideshow shows 4 common emotions with the part of the face that that emotion is most associated with altered in some way to draw attention to the concept of changing emotions.
When I went to tint the photos I made each picture appear with a color that appropriately expresses that state of mind. Then each photo changes in color to something that is more appropriate for the next photo; linking the photos and emphasizing their cycle.
The abstract version is supposed to be less about the subject material and more about expressing a mood.
